ROLE SUMMARY:

If this sounds like you, then a career with Anheuser-Busch could be a great option for your next career step. WarehousePersonnelare a critical part of the Anheuser-Busch supply chain. As aWarehouse employee, you are responsible for ensuring the correct product is loadedontothe truck. You are the one who validates the load is built correctly, to protect the product and ensure employee safety. You have all the resources needed tofulfillthe aspects of your job, including detailed pick lists andVocollectpicking system.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Accurately build palletized loads from computer-generated load sheets

  • Load and unload delivery and over-the-road trucks and ensure proper stock rotation in the warehouse and on the trucks

  • Ensure loaded product meets Anheuser-Busch standards

  • Utilize lean six-sigma tools to increase warehouse efficiencies and manage key performance indicators

  • Ensure facility cleanliness and maintenance

  • Assist in meeting Logistics Safety/Environmental compliance

  • Safely operate various types of warehouse equipment (pallet jack, walkie rider, forklift, etc.) as necessary

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma or GED required (no degree required for any position within AB ONE Wholesalers!)

  • Must be at least 18 years of age

  • Must have a valid Drivers License and safe driving record

  • Ability to lift, load, unload, and move products weighing up to 165 pounds and fulfill all physical requirements of the job

  • Ability to work in a wide temperature variation (36-Temperature outside)

  • Ability and willing to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and/or holidays

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks with minimal supervision

  • Ability to obtain Forklift certification (forklift certified preferred)

  • Working knowledge of Anheuser-Busch product portfolio

  • Previous consumer packaged goods / beverage industry experience preferred

  • Previous distribution/warehouse experience preferred
