Job Title: Production / Material Planner Engineer
Location: Bohemia, NY
Experience: 3–5 Years

Job Summary:
Seeking a Production/Material Planner Engineer to manage production scheduling, material planning, and inventory optimization to meet customer demand and ensure efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage production schedules and monitor delivery timelines
  • Plan and release work orders; maintain accurate due dates
  • Perform build analysis and support customer order requirements
  • Develop and maintain Master Production Schedule (MPS)
  • Manage SIOP capacity planning and inventory optimization
  • Identify and resolve material shortages proactively
  • Lead cross-functional production meetings
  • Support New Product Introduction (NPI) and prototype builds
  • Maintain item master data and planning parameters

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering
  • 3–5 years of experience in production/material planning
