The role is based in St. Louis, MO, OR New Century, KS, in a hybrid setting

Where You'll Make a Difference
  • Develop and maintain a 24-month rolling master production plan at the product family level, aligning supply and demand within the Sales, Inventory and Operations Planning (SIOP) process
  • Create and analyze monthly capacity plans, including production, inventory projections, and capacity utilization
  • Partner with plant planners and master production scheduling (MPS) teams to align execution with global plan requirements and resolve gaps
  • Lead and facilitate the Supply Review process as part of SIOP, ensuring alignment across business, supply chain, and operations teams
  • Build and model medium- and long-term planning scenarios to support business decision-making and strategic direction
  • Recommend adjustments to inventory targets, safety stock, and replenishment strategies to meet service and financial targets
  • Monitor key planning metrics (e.g., service levels, inventory turns, capacity utilization) and drive root cause analysis for performance gaps
  • Lead cross-functional projects, including new product introductions (NPI), capacity optimization, and supply chain cost improvement initiatives
  • Act as a key liaison between Business, Supply Chain, and Operations, ensuring effective communication and resolution of supply-related challenges
What Makes You the Right Fit
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 5-7 years of experience in supply chain, operations, or planning roles with progressive responsibility
  • Strong knowledge of supply planning methodologies, capacity planning, and inventory management principles
  • Experience working within SIOP / S&OP processes
  • Proficiency in SAP, APO, MRP systems, or similar planning tools
  • Advanced Excel skills and the ability to analyze and interpret data
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
