Automotive Service Advisor - Infiniti

Location: Motor Werks | On-site

Motor Werks, a proud member of the Murgado Automotive Group, is hiring an Infiniti Service Advisor to serve as the primary point of contact between our customers and service team. This role is ideal for a customer-focused, organized professional who can clearly explain service recommendations, manage repair updates, and help deliver an exceptional dealership service experience.

Job Type: Full-time

What You'll Do:

Greet customers in a friendly, professional manner and assist with scheduling service appointments.

Listen to customer concerns, document vehicle symptoms accurately, and create clear service repair orders.

Conduct vehicle walk-around inspections and identify recommended maintenance or repair needs.

Explain service recommendations, estimated costs, timelines, warranty information, and available options in a transparent way.

Coordinate with technicians, service management, and other advisors to support efficient workflow and timely completion of repairs.

Keep customers updated throughout the service process, including repair status, approval needs, and pickup timing.

Maintain accurate customer, vehicle, work order, and invoice records in accordance with dealership procedures.

Deliver a high level of customer satisfaction by providing responsive, professional, and solutions-focused service.

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor, Service Writer, or in a customer-facing automotive dealership role preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and explain repair information clearly.

Working knowledge of automotive service, maintenance, repair processes, and basic technical terminology.

Excellent organization, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced service environment.

Comfort using computer applications, service scheduling tools, and dealership management systems.

Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
