Automotive Service Advisor Manager

All Tire & Service โ€“ Staten Island, NY

Most shops say they want leadership. What they really want is someone to hold the place together.

Weโ€™re looking for anexperienced Service Advisor Manager who can actually lead a high-volume service drive, train advisors, improve customer experience, and drive performance.

All Tire & Service is a growing multi-location operation with busy shops, strong car counts, and ownership actively investing in improving operations. Our Page Ave location needs a strong front-of-house leader who can bring structure, accountability, and consistency to the service team.

If you know how to build trust with customers, increase ARO ethically, and create a smooth workflow between advisors and technicians, this is a high-income opportunity with real upside.

About the Shop

All Tire & Service operates multiple high-volume locations across Staten Island and New Jersey. The Page Ave location services approximately 850 vehicles monthly and has a strong existing customer base.

The location currently handles heavy inspection volume, but leadership wants to improve consistency, advisor performance, customer flow, and overall ARO. Theyโ€™re investing in stronger leadership and operational structure to make it happen.

What Weโ€™re Looking For

  • 5+ years of Service Advisor experience
  • 2+ years of leadership or management experience
  • Proven ability to increase sales and improve customer retention
  • Strong communication and team leadership skills
  • Ability to coach and train advisors
  • Organized, process-driven mindset
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Automotive industry experience required
