Position Overview
As a Service Advisor, you will serve as the primary connection between customers and the service department. You'll help guide customers through the repair process, communicate recommendations clearly, and ensure repairs are completed accurately and efficiently.

Responsibilities

Qualifications
  • Previous automotive service advisor experience preferred
  • Strong customer service and communication skills

  • Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record

Ford, CDJR, Xtime or Dealertrack experience is a plus but not required.
