Office Operations Manager Overview:

  • Oversee the daily operations, growth, and success of Twin Cities Physicians.
  • Travel to and meet with existing and prospective partner communities and facilities.
  • Serve as a key liaison between providers, communities, and internal operations.
  • Support operational functions including employee reviews, performance tracking, and handling confidential information.
  • Assist with onboarding and training providers, including EMR and internal systems.
  • Contribute insight to improve service experience, communication, and efficiency.
  • Identify workflow gaps across office and field operations and implement solutions.
  • Assist with light sales and relationship-building efforts to support growth.
  • Create and manage provider schedules, including on-call coverage.
  • Communicate schedule updates and changes to appropriate communities.
  • Organize and lead internal meetings and support team alignment.

Office Operations Manager Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience in healthcare, operations, administration, or a related field.
  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, communications, or related field preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build relationships with providers and community partners.
  • Prior experience in office or operations management preferred.
  • Experience working with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • High level of professionalism when handling sensitive and confidential information.
