Position Summary

The Sales Support Specialist provides administrative, operational, and customer support to the outside sales team, enabling sales representatives to focus on developing customer relationships and closing business.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support outside sales representatives with daily administrative and operational tasks.
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and sales documentation.
  • Process customer contracts accurately and coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely fulfillment.
  • Maintain and update customer information, sales activities, and opportunities within the CRM system.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, order status, and account information.
  • Assist with contract preparation, and sales documentation.
  • Generate sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics.
  • Maintain product knowledge and stay informed on company offerings and industry trends.
  • Support special projects and perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • 1+ years of sales support, customer service, or administrative experience, preferably in the technology industry.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
