What You’ll Do

As a Finance Manager, you’ll oversee the dealership’s finance and insurance process, ensuring a seamless, compliant, and customer-focused experience from deal structuring through final paperwork.


Finance & Deal Structuring

• Work closely with Sales Consultants and Managers to structure competitive financing deals

• Present and explain financing options clearly to customers

• Submit deals to lenders and secure approvals

• Maximize profitability while maintaining customer satisfaction


Product Presentation & Sales

• Present F&I products including service contracts, GAP, and protection plans

• Clearly explain product value and coverage options

• Achieve product penetration and revenue goals

• Maintain strong knowledge of all F&I offerings


Compliance & Documentation

• Ensure all deals comply with federal, state, and lender regulations

• Accurately prepare and review all finance documents

• Maintain proper documentation and record-keeping standards

• Stay current on regulatory and compliance requirements


Customer Experience

• Deliver a professional, transparent, and efficient finance experience

• Address customer questions and concerns with clarity and confidence

• Ensure a smooth transition from sales to finance to delivery

Lender & Partner Relationships

• Build and maintain strong relationships with lenders and financial institutions

What We’re Looking For

• Previous automotive F&I experience required!  Must be a team player and willing to T.O. customers and assist in sales team training.  

• Proven track record of strong production and product penetration

• Strong understanding of automotive financing and compliance

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities

• Professional appearance and positive attitude

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record

• Ability to pass background check, MVR, and drug screening
