International Autos is looking for a motivated, customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to join our high-performing team. If you’re outgoing, great with customers, and sales oriented - we’d like you to join our team! State of the art facilities - new construction!


What You’ll Do
  • Customer interaction: Greeting customers, listening to their concerns about their vehicle, and gathering information about the issue. 

  • Vehicle inspection: Performing a basic visual inspection of the vehicle to identify potential problems. 

  • Diagnosis and repair recommendations: Consulting with technicians to diagnose issues, explain repair options to customers, and providing cost estimates. 

  •  Repair order creation: Preparing detailed repair orders outlining the necessary work, parts, and estimated costs. 

  •  Communication with technicians: Clearly communicating customer needs and concerns to the service technicians. 

  •  Customer updates: Keeping customers informed about the progress of their repairs and addressing any questions or concerns. 

  •  Sales opportunities: Up-selling additional services or maintenance packages as needed. 

  •  Scheduling appointments: Booking future service appointments for customers. 

  •  Complaint resolution: Handling customer complaints and working to resolve issues. 

  •  Maintaining records: Keeping accurate customer and vehicle service history records. 


What We’re Looking For
  • Proven record of achieving exceptional Customer Satisfaction

  • Past experience as a Service Advisor, Assistant Lane Manager or Service Consultant is a must

  • Above average energy level

  • A desire for a long term career with a growing organization

  • Personal and professional integrity

  • ADP computer experience a plus
