Serving Audi owners across the Portland Metro Areas, Beaverton & Hillsboro this location delivers a premium experience backed by the full resources, systems, and support of Oregon's #1 Audi dealer. As the on-site leader, you'll carry out the Sunset Imports mission and vision day to day—ensuring exceptional service quality, operational precision, and an unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction. If you are operationally sharp, people-first, and relentless about results and customer satisfaction, this is your role.

What You Will Do:

  • Lead and develop Advisors, Technicians, and support staff with clear goals, daily coaching, and visible accountability
  • Own the service workflow from check-in to delivery using smart dispatch, accurate promises, and clean communication
  • Drive shop productivity, efficiency, and quality while protecting the customer experience and the brand
  • Partner closely with Parts to improve first-time fill, reduce special-order aging, and protect cycle time
  • Manage schedule load, capacity planning, and loaner coordination to reduce bottlenecks and protect CSI
  • Audit for quality and safety and ensure strict compliance with Audi standards, warranty policies, and documentation
  • Monitor KPIs daily, remove obstacles quickly, and communicate progress to the team and leadership
  • Hire, onboard, and develop talent with structured training, career paths, and performance reviews
  • Own financial performance, including gross, ELR, expense control, and warranty recovery
  • Collaborate with Parts and Accounting for seamless operations and a consistent client journey

Key Metrics You Will Own:

  • CSI/NPS and response rate
  • Hours per RO and effective labor rate
  • Technician efficiency and proficiency
  • Same-day and next-day appointments fulfilled
  • RO cycle time and on-time promise accuracy
  • Comeback rate and quality audit results
  • Warranty compliance and recovery
  • Safety performance and audit readiness

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years in dealership service leadership with measurable results, luxury or premium import preferred
  • Proven team builder with clear standards and consistent follow-through
  • Expert in DMS (we use CDK), scheduling, dispatch, and service analytics, with strong Excel skills
  • Customer-centric communicator who handles escalations with poise and finality
  • Organized, decisive, and calm under pressure
  • Valid driver license with acceptable record
