ATE Test Engineer

Fort Collins, CO

Description:

GlobalLogic estimates the starting base salary for the ATE Test Engineer position in Fort Collins, CO to be between $100,000 to $120,000 and reflects base salary only and does not include additional performance-linked variable compensation, benefits etc that may be applicable for the role. This pay range is provided as a good faith estimate and the amount offered may be higher or lower. GlobalLogic takes many factors into consideration in making an offer, including candidate qualifications, work experience, operational needs, travel and onsite requirements, internal peer equity, prevailing wage, responsibilities, and other market and business considerations. 

Required Skill

Minimum 5 years of experience in test engineering or related semiconductor testing roles.

Hands-on experience with Advantest V93000 SoC test systems.

Experience supporting SoC testing activities.

Ability to execute, debug, and support test activities on semiconductor test systems.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to document test findings, issues, and updates clearly.

Good communication and collaboration skills.

 

Job Responsibilities

The Test Engineer will be responsible for supporting semiconductor SoC testing activities using Advantest V93000 test systems.

The engineer will execute, review, and support test activities on the V93000 platform as per project requirements.

The role will include debugging test-related issues, supporting issue analysis, and working with relevant engineering teams to resolve test system or test execution concerns.

The engineer will support test validation and ensure that testing activities are performed accurately, consistently, and in alignment with defined procedures.

The engineer will document test results, issues, observations, and updates as required for project tracking and reporting.

The engineer will collaborate with internal and client-side teams to support successful execution of test engineering activities.
