Title: ATE Test Engineer
Location: Mountain View, CA- Onsite work

Key Responsibilities:
ยท Develop and debug ATE test programs for IP and SoC devices.
ยท Perform IP-level characterization and validation.
ยท Execute functional tests including HSIO, DDR, and vector-based testing.
ยท Work on SMT8/93K or similar ATE platforms.
ยท Support translation of functional models into production test vectors.
ยท Collaborate with design, DV, and product engineering teams.
ยท Perform debug, failure analysis, and test optimization.
ยท Contribute to Digital and AMS block testing.
Required Qualifications:
ยท Hands-on experience with ATE platforms (e.g., Advantest 93K, SMT8).
ยท Strong background in digital test methodologies.
ยท Experience with HSIO, DDR, or similar high-speed interfaces.
ยท Familiarity with vector translation and functional model testing.
ยท Bachelorโ€™s or Masterโ€™s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering.
Preferred:
ยท Experience with mixed-signal (AMS) testing.
ยท Exposure to IP-level or SoC characterization flows.
