Job Title: Workforce Central Support Lead
Location: Remote(Secaucus,NJ)
Duration: 6 months
Experience Required: 6-8
Role Descriptions:
Provide production support primarily being governed by INCs and SC Tasks in ServiceNow
Perform batch monitoring and take corrective actions in case of any issues
Perform periodic maintenance activities
Adhere to the production support SLAs agreed between client and customer
Keep the documentation updated w.r.t. Issues resolved and any new SOPs
Skills
Experience on Oracle Time clocks
Experience on Integration of punch time into Oracle Time & Labor
Experience on Kronos WFC in a plus
Experience on Production Support, SLAs, daily monitoring of application and timely resolution in case of failures
Experience on ServiceNow
