• Scrum of Scrum Role for Global Regulatory and Management Reporting Program.
• Extensive Banking and Regulatory experience in Big 5 Wall Street banks running regulatory mandate implementation across the enterprise.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and/or SAFe-certified • Strong project management and experience in Agile methodologies
• Centrally manage daily scrums across various programs, sprint planning, sprint demo and retrospective meetings.
• Sr. Management Program status reporting on Score card, milestones status, Business Program office alignment, regulator deliverables tracking.
• Responsible for the overall coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of Projects and ensuring consistency Client's project management governance.
• Proficiency with Industry project management tool (PTS-W) & ensuring full ownership of project deliverables by adhering to SQM guidelines.
• PMO Support- PTS Project Scope , Approvals, Linkage approvals, Post Program review with Client, Program closure and creating projects, Iteration, Milestones, and closures of Projects/Milestones.
• To Interact with different teams for Projects Artifacts -Business Program Office, Business Product Owners, BAs, SIT and Technology PMs, Artifact Doc /UAT Approvers- Client Manager and PMs
• Ensures creation of project plan in coordination with Application Development team along with charter benefits management plan, stakeholder management plan, acceptance plan, and central project issue log.
• Work closely with Application Dev Manager & Business Product Owners to resolve complex prioritization and scheduling problems. Extensive knowledge of regulatory mandate remediation and deliverables
• Ensures all scrum team's deliverable are aligned to regulatory commitment and schedule.
• Ensures change control is executed throughout program.
• Identifies, documents, and understands program dependencies Identify key stakeholders who participate in program scope definition
• Establishes program communication needs and create project communication plan
• Creates the project risk management plan • Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• The associate needs to pass the specific certification based on the skill set
