Type: Temporary Project
Estimated Duration: 12+ months with possible extensions
Work Setting: Onsite.

Required:
  • Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client's site in Juno Beach, FL (required);
  • Experience with Scrum Master or Agile Coach roles supporting enterprise-scale initiatives (5+ years);
  • Experience with software development lifecycle (SDLC) environments (8+ years);
  • Experience with traditional Waterfall/PRINCE2 project management methodologies (3+ years);
  • Experience with Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, XP, SAFe) and scaling frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, Scrum@Scale);
  • Experience with Agile tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, Rally, VersionOne) and Waterfall tools (MS Project);
  • Experience leading large-scale ERP implementations, system integrations, or digital transformations;
  • Experience coaching teams in SAP, Oracle, or other enterprise platforms;
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM II) (required); SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), SAFe Agilist (SA), or equivalent scaling certification

Preferred:
  • Experience in regulated industries (utilities, energy, finance, healthcare);
  • Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automation;
  • Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies;
  • Experience with change management and organizational development;
  • Advanced agile certifications (CSP-SM, A-CSM, ICP-ACC)
  • PMP or PRINCE2 certification;
  • Master's degree in a related field;

Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, reviews) for multiple high-performing teams;
  • Coach teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders on Agile principles, practices, and mindset transformation; mentor junior Scrum Masters and Agile practitioners;
  • Design and implement tailored hybrid frameworks blending Agile and Waterfall methodologies for large-scale programs; navigate stage-gate governance while maintaining agile team velocity;
  • Support complex multi-team programs with dependencies across enterprise systems; facilitate PI planning, value stream mapping, and cross-team synchronization;
  • Translate technical progress into executive-level insights; facilitate alignment sessions with cross-functional stakeholders;
  • Track and report on team health metrics, velocity, burn-down/burn-up charts, and value delivery; manage risks, impediments, and dependencies across agile and waterfall work streams;
  • Lead retrospectives generating actionable insights; contribute to organizational agile maturity and center of excellence initiatives;
