Job description

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Scrum Master in Miami Lakes, FL.
Key Responsibilities:
* Scrum Master will lead multiple Agile teams through the full software development lifecycle using Scrum and other Agile frameworks
* Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives)
* Coach team members, Product Owners, and stakeholders on Agile best practices and principles
* Remove impediments and foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
* As a Scrum Master, you will partner with Product Owners to ensure a well-defined and prioritized backlog
* Track and report on team metrics (velocity, burndown charts, etc.) to drive transparency and performance
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field; Master's degree preferred
* 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master
* Strong project management experience, preferably in a technical or software development environment
* Someone that understands Utility/has experience working in meter to cash process
* Someone that has a background in billing
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
