As an Associate Relations Representative, you will help deliver key HR programs that support the employee experience, including leading new hire orientation and building strong relationships with associates and management across the facility. In this role, you will serve as a trusted HR partner, helping foster a collaborative work environment while supporting initiatives that promote engagement, communication, and organizational success. This position is ideal for a people focused professional who enjoys building relationships, supporting employees throughout their journey, and contributing to a strong,team-orientedculture.Principal Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesEffectively participate in the resolution of conflict in the workplace, coach and counsel supervision on methods to improve absenteeism, turnover and plant efficiencies.Ensure consistent policy application in the resolution of issues addressed.Provide training to supervisory personnel on policies and procedures.Ensure newly hired associates receive an effective, timely, informative new hire orientation utilizing the company approved format and materials.Schedule, conduct, facilitate, audit and identifynew methods to improve new hire orientation.Provide coaching and counseling to supervisory personnelto improvethesupervisor?sability to effectively direct their workforce.Participate in Peer Review and Management Review process.Identify, design, train, implement and audit new methods to reduce turnover.Minimum Education and ExperienceBachelor?sDegree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Labor Relations or related field.3 - 5years?
