Job description

Summary of Job Description:
The Associate Relations Coordinator position is responsible for assisting and supporting the Associate Relations team with associate relations investigations and administrative tasks. This position conducts environment checks under the guidance of AR management. The Associate Relations Coordinator documents associate relations concerns during calls with Operations associates and logs the issues into the case management database. This position researches and gathers supporting documentation, including time cards, video footage, and relevant business materials.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Completes intake of associates' concerns using probing questions and accurately logs the issues into the case management database.
  • Conducts environment checks under the guidance of AR management. Documents associate relations concerns during calls with Operations associates. Develops appropriate and effective interviewing questions under AR/FHR management's guidance.
  • Researches and gathers supporting documentation for timecard audits, video footage review, and relevant business materials.
  • Supports the Associate Relations team with administrative requests, including but not limited to forwarding Guest Care and HR Care Team tickets, completing investigation reports, processing invoices, maintaining FHR/AR Contact list, distributing mail and reviewing social media posts. Supports the AR team in returning calls and other AR/FHR support-related tasks.
  • Works effectively with the AR/FHR management and follows up on tasks in a timely manner.
  • Uses the Exit Interview questionnaire to gather basic information from managers regarding their resignation; maintains a log of communication attempts made and submits periodic reports of survey results.
  • Participates in special projects or other assignments as required.

Your background & experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in HR or related field required
  • Minimum one year of experience in HR related to associate relations issues, preferably in a retail/hospitality operations environment
  • Successful completion of initial and periodically required training.
  • Obtaining a valid Food Handler's Card within 30 days of employment is a requirement of this position.

Pay Range: P1 $29-$40.50/ hour
* Within the range, individual pay is determined using various factors, including work location and experience.
