Summary
Reporting to the Vice President of Sales, this role is responsible for leading and executing company-wide marketing initiatives and coordinating events to ensure consistent branding, messaging, and communication across the organization. The position manages the development and execution of marketing plans, programs, and strategies, oversees media and public relations, and ensures all events and campaigns reflect the company's vision. While the company's overall business plan is set by senior leadership, this role contributes by providing marketing budgets and requirements necessary for execution.
Essential Functions
The duties listed below are the specific duties and tasks that someone in this position must accomplish.
• Coordinate with Event Planner and the BLM GROUP ITALY corporate marketing team on graphics, messaging, and branding for trade shows, open houses, customer and other events, and corporate initiatives.
• Collaborate with the President and other BLM GROUP USA team members to organize, coordinate, and manage the Solutions Center and Novi office interior design initiatives, ensuring professional presentation and alignment with brand standards.
• Serve as the primary point of communication across departments for successful implementation of BLM GROUP's marketing strategy.
• Analyze marketing data to determine the best resources, tools, and analytics for optimizing the marketing budget.
• Create, maintain, and assist in the development of company and product presentations.
• Develop and coordinate multimedia packages including letters, brochures, videos, point-of-purchase displays, and other materials and media as needed.
• Lead the development and rollout of marketing programs; monitor campaign success and prepare analytical reports on results.
• Collaborate with the BLM GROUP ITALY corporate marketing team to review documents requiring translation or refinement for messaging accuracy.
• Establish and manage an annual advertising budget and plan.
• Coordinate the development of case studies, customer referrals, and assist in drafting white papers for publication.
• Maintain inventory of all marketing materials and oversee their distribution, including BLM-branded apparel for employees and customers.
• Maintain and order business cards for all employees as needed.
• Provide marketing-related budget forecasts and resource requirements to senior leadership for inclusion in the company business plan.
• Ability to travel up to 15% for trade shows, events, and other needs as required by management.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
• Associate degree in Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field required. Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• At least 3-5 years of marketing experience required, preferably in a management or leadership position.

• Strong customer service skills and the ability to work in a dynamic team environment
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to learn and understand BLM products and services

Licensing/Certifications
• A clear driving record containing no more than two (2) minor moving violations in three (3) years and no major violations in the last seven (7) years.
