Talent Acquisition/Recruiter Coordinator
The Talent Acquisition/Recruiter Coordinator is responsible for leading full-cycle recruitment efforts, overseeing employee onboarding and training initiatives, and supporting Human Resources operations. This position serves as a strategic partner to Operations and HR leadership to attract, hire, develop, and retain high-performing employees while ensuring compliance with company policies and employment regulations. The role is responsible for building and maintaining talent pipelines through educational partnerships, industry networking, and externship programs while supporting employee development and organizational growth.

Duties and Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
Manage full-cycle recruitment for clinical, administrative, and leadership positions.
Partner with Operations and Hiring Managers to identify staffing needs and workforce planning priorities.
Create and post job advertisements on recruiting platforms and company career pages.
Source candidates through job boards, social media, employee referrals, networking, educational institutions, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate hiring manager interviews.
Maintain candidate communications throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive candidate experience.
Conduct reference checks and pre-employment verification processes.
Track recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, applicant flow, candidate quality, and hiring effectiveness.
Develop and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
Workforce Development, Industry Partnerships & Community Outreach
Develop and maintain strategic relationships with dental assisting schools, hygiene programs, colleges, universities, workforce development organizations, and professional associations.
Serve as the primary company liaison for educational institutions and training programs.
Coordinate and attend job fairs, career fairs, networking events, open houses, and industry conferences to promote employment opportunities and strengthen the organization's employer brand. (Some travel will be required)
Training & Development Oversight
Monitor training compliance through learning management systems and reporting tools.
Schedule and coordinate internal and external training programs.
Maintain training records, certifications, and compliance documentation.
Support employee engagement, professional development, and retention initiatives.
Provide reporting and recommendations regarding training effectiveness and compliance.
Human Resources Support
Support onboarding
Assist with employee engagement initiatives, including employee recognition programs, appreciation events, wellness activities, employee surveys, and efforts designed to promote a positive workplace culture and improve employee retention.
Requirements
Qualifications
Associate's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting
Experience recruiting in healthcare, dental, multi-location, or service-based organizations preferred.
This position requires occasional travel between educational institutions, career fairs, and networking events to support recruitment, workforce development, training, and employee engagement initiatives.
