What This Role Is...
As a Merchandising Integration Coordinator, the primary function of this position is to support the merchandising team initiatives by executing product strategies. The Merchandising Integration Coordinator is also responsible for assisting with asset creation and product implementation. This position requires strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with an aptitude for working collaboratively on multiple projects and building relationships. Your contributions will ensure the success of the Merchandising Department at CITY HOME.

Reports To: Merchandising Integration Supervisor
Location: Hybrid/ Tamarac Corporate Office
Department/Sub-Department: Merchandising/ CITY Merch
Salary: Starting at $48,000
What You'll Do*...
As a Merchandising Integration Coordinator, your primary responsibilities will be to:
  • Assemble buy folders and implement SKU set-up for new product introductions and in-line collections through the merchandising department.
  • Manage creation, execution, and release of floor plan notes

Additional duties and responsibilities as a Merchandising Integration Coordinator:
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams to execute requests and trouble-shoot sales requests from the field based on business needs.
  • Assist in the execution of merchandising strategies to drive sales and profitability.
  • Adhere to all assigned Standard Work and Role and Responsibilities for your role.

* Additional duties may be assigned as needed, beyond those listed in the responsibilities. Changing business conditions may trigger changes to job responsibilities (i.e., COVID-19).
