The Idaho Youth Ranch is one of the oldest non-profit agencies in the state of Idaho.

As a Queue Merchandise Coordinator, you will help grow our Social Enterprise business through creation of queue and new merchandise orders for our retail stores. You will join the Social Enterprise team in building relationships with customers, donors and the community to ensure the continued forward movement of our mission.


Must haves:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Basic computer skills including use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Basic math, reading and writing skills
  • Able to work with little supervision
  • Must have a valid, state-issued driver's license
     

Our Queue Merchandise Coordinator will:

  • Establish transparency and accuracy in ordering merchandise and filling orders to retail stores.
  • Collaborate with store teams and leadership for in-store merchandising and signage. 
  • Effectively train team members, and store teams on purchased product processes and merchandising through email correspondence and store visits. 
  • Take inventory cycles and prepare and distribute sales and unit movement reports.
  • Build relationships with store team members to accurately communicate inventory needs.

This position will work Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm. 


As a 501(c)(3) Non-Profit, the Idaho Youth Ranch is a qualifying employer for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PLSF) program. 


The PLSF offers student loan forgiveness on qualifying loans under specific conditions. Speak with your loan provider for more information.


This position is located in Idaho and candidates must be within a reasonable distance to our location
