Job description

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

Assist Merchandise Specialist with inventory management of merchandise.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Fill and ship online orders. Engrave and sublimate ordered products and survivor coins. Maintain engravers by cleaning and servicing as needed. Receive and tag new merchandise. Maintain merchandise warehouse by labeling all boxes. Notify staff of any packages that arrive for them via UPS, FedEx, etc. Assist Merchandise Specialist with packing, counting, and reconciling inventory to be sent to events. Some travel is required. Other duties as assigned.


EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, CERTIFICATES AND LICENSES:

High School Diploma required.


SKILLS:

Experience with a point-of-sale system preferred, but not required. Experience with engraving and sublimation equipment preferred, but not required. Experience with Adobe Illustrator preferred, but not required. Experience with Shopify preferred, but not required. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Suite preferred. Must be self-motivated, organized, and have the ability to communicate verbally and in writing.
