HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT:
This role reports into Merchant and is based in our Buckhead office.


40%: Style Set Up / System Management

  • Owner of style set-up in PLM: Understand complexities of database and impacts to other systems. Strong attention to detail, ability to keep up with line changes in the system.
  • Analyze and report on the business performance including key findings and opportunities.

35%: Sample Management

  • Responsible to organize and manage all samples.
  • Prepare & manage materials to support wholesale sell in meetings.

15%: Strategy and Line Structure

  • Partner with manager to develop and manage seasonal line structure to drive growth.
  • Identify new trends and have an eye for product.
  • Develop awareness of competitive landscape and report on business learnings.
  • Manage to all corporate calendar deadlines, support manager with prep for all milestone meetings

10%: Costing, Pricing, Margin Management

  • Support manager in style level costing and total margin roll ups.
  • Support design with clear communication of costing constraints.
  • Maintain brand pricing charts and ensure accuracy across all systems and roll ups.

Must have:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 0-2 years merchandising, retail sales, buying experience or internship

Preferred skills and experience:

  • Demonstrated knowledge of retail metrics and sales
  • Strong working knowledge of Excel reports and PowerPoint presentations
  • Detail oriented and organized
  • Demonstrated ability working cross-functionally and leading a team
  • Ability to hit concurrent deadlines, manage and prioritize own workload
  • Demonstrates strong presentation and influencing skills
