Responsibilities
The Merchandise Administrator supports the Buying team in achieving overall department strategies. They are responsible for helping to exceed department sales goals and profitability by working with internal and external partners to help set up SKU's, enter orders, coordinate deliveries, and review, and approve packaging and product.
  • Assist in preparing merchandise and pulling reports for weekly team meetings
  • Create, submit, and track item and purchase order worksheets
  • Assist team in sample approval processes, organization, and maintenance
  • Compile and create PowerPoints to document the details of items ordered
  • Assist merchant team with miscellaneous administrative projects as needed

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Outlook, and MS Office programs
  • Exceptional organizational skills to manage and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong collaboration skills to partner with merchant teams
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

The pay range reflects the potential base salary range for this role. Individual base pay is determined by various factors such as relevant experience and skills, and the scope and responsibilities of the position.
Pay Range
$45,000 - $55,000
