Home Warranty Coordinator

Jefferson City, MO | Full-Time | Service / Sales Support

Base Salary + Commission on Equipment Upgrade Conversions

We're looking for a driven Home Warranty Coordinator to join our team and play a key role in managing American Home Shield (AHS) warranty claims, scheduling technicians, handling billing, and converting repair calls into equipment upgrade opportunities.

This is a great fit for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves talking with people, and can juggle multiple tasks while staying focused on details and outcomes.




What You'll Do:

  • Be the primary point of contact for American Home Shield warranty claims
  • Navigate AHS portals to submit claims, manage approvals, and follow up on reimbursements
  • Schedule service technicians for warranty work and ensure timely communication with customers
  • Handle billing for warranty jobs and ensure accurate documentation
  • Speak with homeowners about their coverage and present upgrade options when applicable
  • Convert eligible repair calls into equipment upgrades, earning commission
  • Track all activity in CRM and keep digital records up to date
  • Work closely with dispatch, service, and sales teams to ensure smooth customer experience
  • Assist with customer service duties and cover CSR responsibilities during absences or high call volumes.


What You'll Need:

  • Experience in customer service, coordination, or administrative roles (HVAC or warranty experience is a plus)
  • Experience with Service Titan is preferred
  • Strong communication skills, comfortable on the phone and clear in writing
  • Highly organized and able to manage time and tasks independently
  • Sales-minded with confidence presenting options and handling objections
  • Comfortable using computers, digital portals, and CRM systems
  • High school diploma or equivalent (additional education is a bonus)
