The Role
We are currently seeking an Assistant to support the Head of the Creative Services department. The position offers an opportunity to learn about creative project management, work with industry executives and a top tier creative team, and gain exposure to branding, marketing and pitching materials. The ideal candidate is an extremely organized self-starter with a desire to gain experience in creative project management. (This role is not for candidates seeking a Talent Agent career path).
Responsibilities
Administrative duties include heavy phones, coordinating meetings and schedules, preparing expense reports, producing correspondence, and special projects
• Maintenance of executive's day-to-day calendar and travel coordination
• Intake and tracking of requests using project management software
Qualifications
• One year of professional experience working in a fast-paced creative and/or production environment
• Friendly, professional, enthusiastic personality with an understanding and appreciation of client service, and a passion for problem solving
• Superior scheduling, tracking, and follow-up skills
• Excellent communication skills including the ability to articulate creative concepts and rationale, and to work fluidly with creative professionals
• Hard-working, "can-do" attitude
• Maintains a sharp focus on multiple projects simultaneously, while paying close attention to details
• Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines
• Strong interpersonal skills, understanding the importance of maintaining confidentiality
• Effectively interacts with employees at all levels
• Quickly learns new processes and technology
• Strong command of the Microsoft Office suite
• Desire to be part of an organization that values teamwork and taking care of each other
Location
This role is hybrid, based out of the Los Angeles office.
Compensation
The base hourly rate for this position is in the range of $20.00 - $22.00. This position also is eligible for benefits and discretionary bonus. Ultimately, wages may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, business sector, and geographic location, among other criteria.
