What Youll Do
Membership Sales and Client Retention
Sell massage and facial memberships to guests
Explain membership benefits confidently and professionally
Recommend services, upgrades, and wellness plans
Follow up with potential members and inactive guests
Keep the Spa Booked and Busy
Call, text, and follow up with guests to fill openings
Confirm appointments and reduce cancellations
Encourage pre-booking and recurring appointments
Help maximize therapist and esthetician schedules
Front Desk and Guest Experience
Greet guests and create a welcoming environment
Answer phones and schedule appointments
Support a smooth and organized front desk operation
Deliver exceptional customer service during every interaction
What Were Looking For
