Responsibilities:
Meeting sales goals measured daily/weekly/monthly
Hiring and training your team of Consultants
Ongoing team training
Customer consultations regarding skin care, tanning, spa and beauty products.
Ensuring all company and legal policies, procedures and requirements are met
Maintaining a clean and organized spa
Opening/closing business
Daily administrative paperwork, and goal tracking
Qualifications:
High school diploma, or equivalent
Leadership/Management experience
Must be at least 18 years of age
Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time, for 7 hours per day
Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
Reliable transportation, flexible availability including nights and weekends
Pay Range: $22 - $25 per hour
