Here is what Drybar Bartenders are responsible for each day:

  • Lead the client experience from check-in to check-out, ensuring Drybar standards are upheld and every visit feels seamless, elevated, and memorable
  • Actively engage with clients throughout their visit - creating connection, conversation and an experience that goes beyond just the blowout
  • Set the tone for a fun, positive, and high-energy shop atmosphere - think of it as hosting a party, every single day
  • Manage reservations and client profiles, troubleshoot booking issues, and optimize the schedule to support both the client experience and business needs
  • Support stylists throughout the day by assisting with tools, maintaining flow, and helping ensure the shop runs efficiently behind the scenes
  • Keep the shop looking fresh through daily side work, including dusting, sweeping, restocking product shelves, inventory support, and maintaining clean tools, dishes, and glassware

Sales Associate / Customer Service Representative Qualifications:

  • Experience in a fast paced, customer service centric environment
  • Previous experience with Point-of-Sale (POS) Systems strongly preferred
  • Previous salon/spa experience preferred but not required
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work at a sustained, fast pace
  • Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Track record in providing over-the-top, amazing customer service!
  • Ability to multitask with ease
  • Frequently required to stand and/or walk for duration of 6-8 hour long shifts
  • Has the technical ability and skills to operate a point-of-sale system
  • Problem solver - uses logic and support resources to solve problems at the front desk
  • Maintains professional demeanor under pressure
  • Must have weekend availability
