Mohr Partners, Inc. is seeking a qualified individual to join our Brokerage team in Cleveland, OH. The ideal candidate should be prepared to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment within the Corporate Real Estate industry.

  • Develop business and negotiate the sale or lease of commercial real estate properties on behalf of clients.

  • Provide clients with information on leasing availability, market conditions, and property values.

  • Identify and secure new business opportunities through prospecting and networking.

  • Convert calls into meetings and meetings into business opportunities.

  • Accompany prospective clients on property tours, discussing features, rates, and terms.

  • Compile property data and create summary reports, market updates, and maps.

  • Prepare and review Request for Proposals (RFPs).

  • Analyze market data and prepare reports on rents, tenant activity, trends, and comparisons.

  • Participate in contract negotiations and due diligence activities.

  • Draft client communications and correspondence.

  • Prepare and distribute marketing materials.

  • Engage with the local business community and professional associations to build contacts and generate leads.

  • Maintain up-to-date records in the Mohr CRM.

  • May coordinate and assign tasks within the team.

  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

  • Manage production and all pipeline activities
  • Review and analyze clients as part of a due diligence process. Work with research and Mohr Business Intelligence (BI) teams to compile market information and statistics on the local CRE market to create presentation materials, market decks, and support presentations.
  • Participate in Brokerage weekly and monthly sales meetings to update colleagues on new business efforts, market trends, prospect information and market information.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • 3-5+ years of Real Estate Brokerage experience
  • Requires knowledge of financial terms and principals, calculate intermediate figures such as percentages, discounts, and/or commissions
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point)
  • Real Estate Salesperson license.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable, and courteous service to customers. Ability to effectively present information.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team to build relationships and interact effectively with business partners and clients.
  • Ability to multi-task, work successfully under pressure, and effectively prioritize and manage time and workload.
  • Understanding of and commitment to client services. Willingness to take on new challenges, responsibilities, and assignments. A desire to work within a diverse, collaborative, and driven professional environment.
  • Involves work of a general office nature
