The Vice President, Treasurer is responsible for the strategic leadership and management of the companyโ€™s treasury operations. This role oversees capital structure, liquidity management, debt issuance, risk management, and banking relationships. The VP, Treasurer plays a critical role in supporting corporate growth, optimizing the capital strategy, and ensuring long-term financial stability.

  • Develop and execute strategies for optimal capital structure and liquidity management.
  • Ensure adequate funding and cash flow to support business operations and strategic initiatives.
  • Monitor and forecast global cash flow, working capital needs, and financial exposure.
  • Lead debt issuance, refinancing, and repayment strategies to support growth and minimize cost of capital.
  • Manage investment of excess cash in alignment with risk, return, and liquidity goals.
  • Oversee foreign exchange, interest rate, and commodity risk management strategies.
  • Develop and implement appropriate hedging policies and practice.
  • Manage global banking relationships, negotiate terms, and maintain service level performance.
  • Oversee day-to-day treasury operations, including cash management, bank account structures, and treasury systems.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, internal controls, and audit standards.

Requirements

  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.

  • Experience with treasury management systems and financial modeling tools.
