What You Will Be Doing

The Assistant Treasurer is a senior leadership role with broad strategic and operational responsibility for the Company's global treasury function, partnering closely with the Treasurer, CFO, Executive Leadership Team, and Board of Directors to support longterm value creation and growth. This role helps shape capital structure and capital allocation strategy, optimize global liquidity, manage financial risk, and ensure a resilient, scalable treasury operating model across a global footprint. Combining deep capital markets expertise with disciplined risk management and strong people leadership, the Assistant Treasurer oversees financing strategies, banking and rating agency relationships, cash management, investments, insurance programs, and compliance while driving governance, standardization, and execution. As a leader and advisor, this position plays a critical role in enabling strategic decisionmaking, safeguarding financial operations, and developing a highperforming global treasury team committed to collaboration, continuous improvement, and financial stewardship.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field required; MBA or master's in finance strongly preferred.

  • CTP (Certified Treasury Professional), CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst), or similar certifications are highly desirable.

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in treasury, corporate finance, or capital markets within global organizations.

  • Demonstrated experience supporting capital structure management, liquidity planning, and largescale financing initiatives.

  • Proven experience managing bank relationships, engaging credit rating agencies, and participating in credit reviews.

  • Handson experience with financial risk management, including foreign exchange, interest rate, and/or commodity hedging.

  • Strong analytical capabilities with excellent communication and executivelevel presentation skills.

  • Experience developing and operating treasury policies, internal controls, and disaster recovery/business continuity frameworks.

  • Proven ability to lead and develop global or multiregional finance teams.

  • Experience in industries with complex capital structures (e.g., manufacturing, consumer products, technology, energy) preferred.

Pay Range: $175,539.00-$235,028.00
