Social Media & Content
  • Manage day-to-day execution of Telamon's social media presence across all channels (primarily LinkedIn), including drafting copy, designing posts, and scheduling content using Vista Social
  • Support a shift toward human-centered, people-forward content (team moments, event coverage, employee spotlights) alongside company announcements
  • Monitor comments and direct messages across social channels, responding directly or routing to the appropriate stakeholder; flag sensitive interactions for Marketing Manager review
  • Write routine internal communications, announcements, and supporting copy following Marketing Manager provided templates and editorial guidelines

  • Manage the marketing intake process and monitor deadlines; receive and log requests, route to Marketing Manager for prioritization, and communicate progress to stakeholders
  • Supports continuous improvement by following established processes, identifying inefficiencies or issues, and contributing to solutions that improve safety, quality, and productivity. Leverages available tools and technologies, including AI-enabled solutions, where appropriate to improve efficiency and streamline work.

Managerial Responsibility

  • This position does not have direct reports

Travel/Shift Requirements

  • This position requires up to 10% travel nationwide (trade shows, HQ events, and occasional site visits)

Physical Demands

  • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods in an office environment
  • Occasional lifting of event, trade show, video, and photo equipment, up to 30 pounds
