Responsibilities
- Manage reception duties, including greeting visitors and handling multi-line phone systems
- Coordinate scheduling and calendar management for individual executives and teams using Microsoft Outlook and Google Workspace
- Handle correspondence and maintain organized file and record systems
- Perform data entry and prepare reports as needed
- Support clients and internal staff through effective communication and client interaction
- Coordinate office activities to maintain smooth workflow across departments
- Exercise some independence in managing inquiries and decision making
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in administrative support
- High School Diploma or equivalent
