Job description

The Administrative Assistant/Receptionist will provide essential support to a dynamic and cross-functional team, managing front-office duties and ensuring smooth daily operations. This role involves handling scheduling, correspondence, data entry, and client interactions with a moderate degree of autonomy, supporting individual executives as well as small to medium-sized teams. Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Google Workspace, and proprietary scheduling tools is vital for effective coordination across departments.
