Mathnasium of Apex has a dynamic role for someone who will be a positive and enthusiastic presence when welcoming students and parents to the center, answering their questions, and providing support for our team during instruction hours. We want to give people the best possible experience from the moment they walk in until the moment they walk out!

Hours:

Monday-Thursday 3:30PM- 8:00PM

Sunday 12:15PM-5:15PM

Responsibilities of a Receptionist:

A good job candidate must be professional and friendly, especially when dealing with clients. Excellent service is a must for great customer experiences.

  • Welcoming and greeting clients
  • Ensuring students get to and from the car to their sessions safely
  • Directing clients to their session
  • Maintaining visitor communication
  • Answering and forwarding phone calls
  • Scheduling appointments
  • Organizing and replying to emails
  • Keeping the reception desk and area clean and well-organized
  • Handling a variety of administrative support tasks
  • Providing outstanding customer service
Receptionist Job Requirements:
