We are currently seeking a full-time Receptionist to join our Raleigh, NC office. You will be responsible for all front desk duties, welcoming clients to our office, and answering phones. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of prior customer service experience, be committed to providing excellent client experience, possess strong interpersonal skills and be able to switch quickly between multiple tasks.

What You'll Do:

  • Welcome clients to our office and coordinate scheduling / movement between conference rooms
  • Notify attorneys of client arrival
  • Provide top tier customer service in-person, by phone, and through email.
  • Receive mail / packages and distribute according to process.
  • Answer phones and provide answers to frequently asked questions
  • Assist attorney with administrative tasks for files
  • Other miscellaneous tasks as assigned
