Job description

We are looking for a Front Desk Coordinator to support daily front office operations for a real estate property and facilities management environment in Raleigh, North Carolina. This is a Contract position suited for someone who creates a welcoming first impression, stays organized in a fast-paced setting, and handles administrative tasks with accuracy. The person in this role will help keep the reception area running smoothly while providing dependable communication and office support.
Responsibilities:
• Welcome visitors, tenants, vendors, and staff in a courteous manner and direct them to the appropriate contacts or meeting areas.
• Manage a multi-line phone system, respond to incoming calls promptly, and relay messages accurately to the correct team members.
• Maintain the front desk and reception area so it remains organized, presentable, and ready for daily business activity.
• Perform data entry and update office records, logs, and administrative information with a strong focus on accuracy.
• Support day-to-day office operations by using standard office equipment such as printers, copiers, scanners, and postage tools.
• Coordinate routine administrative tasks including mail distribution, document handling, and general clerical support for the office.
• Assist with front office setup and operational support related to the new headquarters as needed.
• Help ensure visitors follow site procedures by communicating basic office and building guidelines clearly and courteously.• Prior experience in a front desk, receptionist, or administrative support role.
• Ability to operate a multi-line telephone system confidently and professionally.
• Working knowledge of standard office equipment, including copiers, printers, and scanners.
• Strong basic office skills, including filing, scheduling, and handling general clerical tasks.
• Accurate computer data entry skills with attention to detail.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining professionalism in a busy office setting.
