Position Summary
Executive Coach conducts meetings with students interested in Investment Banking in order to provide coaching, advising and supporting leadership development. The meetings are held in person and in a virtual environment. Coaching and advising is additionally provided in partnership with Investment Banking student club leadership, selected employees and colleagues across the MBA Career Services team. Executive Coach attends Investment Banking students' events and activities, as needed.
Minimum Education and Experience Requirements
Bachelor's degree and three years of experience in the area of assignment, of which at least one is supervisory or in a lead-worker capacity; or equivalent combination of training and experience. All degrees must be received from appropriately accredited institutions.
Management Preferences
Coursework in business administration 
experience within Financial Services
Special Physical/Mental Requirements Campus Security Authority Responsibilities

This position is designated as a Campus Security Authority in accordance with the Clery Act. This position will be required to report Clery crimes to the Clery Compliance Manager and complete annual training about reporting responsibilities.
