A global industry leader with a state-of-the-art facility in Highland Park, Pennsylvania, is seeking several Product Development Managers for Direct-Hire opportunities with their growing company. These are excellent opportunities for Product Development Managers or Formulation Chemists / Product Development Engineers seeking to work for an American-owned company that offers great benefits and long-term, stable employment.


Local candidate are preferred, but reasonable relocation assistance is available for those willing to physically move to the area.


The Product Development Manager’s incomes start between $120,000-$160,000 a year, based on each candidate's experience and education. All well-qualified candidates will be considered regardless of pay rate. We offer excellent benefits, including great medical, dental, 401k, and more.


Qualified Product Development Managers will have most, if not all, of the following skills and experience:

·         A Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Science.

·         7+ years of product development experience in any absorption, filtration, nonwovens (tissue, towel & paper), coatings, high-speed converting industry, able to handle 3–4 direct reports.

·         Knowledgeable with markets, products, and consumers.

·         Experience with statistical analysis, manufacturing processes, and absorbent/disposable materials.

·         Must be able to travel both domestically and internationally.

·         Must be able to work in the United States (no H-1 sponsorship or student visas considered)

·         Must be able to complete standard pre-hire checks, including background, drug screen, references, etc.
