What You'll Contribute

The Senior Associate, Product Development will play a key part in the product development process, supporting the successful execution of projects from concept to launch for Customer Communications.

What You'll Do

  • Assist in managing the product development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and launch, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and designers to translate product requirements into actionable tasks and project plans.
  • Support the execution of product development projects, ensuring adherence to project schedules, milestones, and quality standards.
  • Contribute to the creation and maintenance of product documentation, including specifications, design documents, and user manuals.
  • Assist in coordinating and facilitating product testing, gathering feedback, and identifying areas for improvement or refinement.
  • Assist in monitoring and tracking project progress, identifying and escalating risks or delays as necessary.
