Executive Assistant to the Owner

Laurel, DE • On-site

Full-time

Posted 19 days ago

Job description

You’re the kind of person who makes busy people better.

You’re organized, quick, accurate, and naturally think a few steps ahead. You enjoy supporting a leader who moves fast because you can keep pace, anticipate what’s needed, and bring structure without creating more steps. When someone says, “Can you take care of this?” they know it’s handled.

More importantly, you have a heart to serve. You genuinely enjoy making other people more effective and knowing that your work helps an entire organization succeed. You don’t need to be at the center of everything—but you take pride in being the person behind the scenes who keeps important things moving.

If that sounds like you, you could be a great fit at Integrity Heating & Air.

About Integrity Heating & Air

Integrity Heating & Air is a growing residential HVAC company serving homeowners across the Eastern Shore. We’ve experienced significant growth, and we’re continuing to build the team, leadership, and systems needed to support where the company is headed.

Our culture is built around people who are dependable, adaptable, highly invested, strong communicators, and hungry to win and improve. We care about serving our customers well, supporting one another, and doing what we say we’re going to do.

How You’ll Make an Impact

You’ll work directly with our owner, one of the primary drivers of Integrity’s growth. He moves quickly, carries a lot of priorities, and is constantly looking ahead at what the business needs next.

Your job is to help him—and, through him, the organization—move more
effectively. You’ll need to keep pace, anticipate what needs attention, and make it easier for him to lead without adding another layer for him to manage.

You’ll manage calendars and communications, coordinate meetings and projects, track commitments and deadlines, prepare information and reports, and follow up across the organization to make sure important details don’t fall through the cracks. You’ll also be trusted with sensitive information and asked to jump into projects, errands, or other needs as they arise.

What We Bring to the Table

  • A full-time, primarily Monday–Friday schedule
  • Typical hours of 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, with flexibility to shift your schedule to better align with our owner when needed
  • Opportunity for overtime
  • An on-site role with your own workspace in Laurel, Delaware
  • Company-provided office equipment
  • Direct exposure to leadership and how a growing home-service business operates
  • The opportunity to make an impact across the organization, not simply complete administrative tasks
  • A growing company where your role and opportunities can grow along with it
What You Bring to the Table

  • 3+ years of Executive Assistant, Administrative Manager, Office Manager, Operations Coordinator, or similar experience preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Exceptional organization, accuracy, and follow-through
  • The ability to move quickly without sacrificing attention to detail
  • Initiative—you notice what needs to happen and act on it
  • The ability to shift priorities without losing track of the details
  • Clear, confident communication and the willingness to respectfully follow up with others
  • Sound judgment, professionalism, and discretion
  • A genuine desire to serve and make the people around you more effective
  • Comfort with Google Workspace and the ability to learn new technology quickly
  • A valid driver’s license

Experience supporting an owner or senior leader is strongly preferred. Experience in HVAC, construction, home services, or another fast-moving service business is a plus.

Thrive on staying a step ahead and helping driven people succeed? Let’s talk.
