  • Own weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting on item and category performance, sharing insights and trends
  • Maintain and update core weekly performance and inventory reports
  • Manage purchase orders across all channels, including writing, amending, and maintaining accuracy
  • Partner closely with the Ecommerce team on product enablement and disablement
  • Support Merchandising with SKU setup and item data management
  • Manage Omni-channel inventory allocation, including Amazon inventory management
  • Assist the Category Director with marketing details, pricing preparation, and analysis

Requirements
  • Experience in assistant buying, merchandise planning, allocation, or a related role within children's apparel and/or eCommerce (preferred)
  • Experience working with Amazon Seller Central (preferred)
  • Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency; experience with PowerBI, Netsuite, or other BI tools (preferred)
  • Solid understanding of retail financial metrics (sales, margin, inventory turns, sell-through)
  • Ability to analyze data quickly, prioritize multiple deadlines, and adapt to changing business needs
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Strong attention to detail and comfort owning both analytical and operational responsibilities

Why You'll Love This Role
  • High-visibility role with real ownership and impact
  • Cross-functional exposure across Merchandising, Ecommerce, and Category leadership
  • Opportunity to deepen analytical, planning, and inventory management experience
  • Fast-growing, entrepreneurial environment with room to grow

Top Reasons to Work with Us
  • Competitive base compensation, paid vacation/holidays, health & dental benefits, and 401k + matching.
  • Hybrid work environment, casual dress code.
  • Our company was founded on the Golden Rule, and we have a culture centered around kindness, gratitude, and customer appreciation.
