Job description

Adecco is assisting a local client recruiting Administrative Assistant 2 opportunities in Redmond, WA(Hybrid role). Responsibilities for Administrative Assistant 2 include but are not limited to:

· Manage complex calendaring for the CVP including meeting coordination, prioritization, and conflict resolution.

· Proactively align scheduling with shifting business priorities and ensuring optimal time allocation.

· Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including itineraries and logistics.

· Prepare and submit accurate and timely expense reports.

· Partner with the AI Platform Administrative team and collaborate across the CoreAI organization.

· Work closely with HR, Staffing, Finance, and Facilities to support business operations and team needs.

· Manage and track headcount, including maintaining accuracy in related systems.

· Create job requisitions, support onboarding for new hires, and maintain distribution lists.

· Monitor space allocation, anticipate constraints, and coordinate individual and group office moves.

· Coordinate procurement of equipment for new hires and refresh cycles.

· Track and manage assets including updates to custodians, cost centers, and equipment transfers.

· Manage recycling and lifecycle tracking of IT assets.

· Review operating budgets and spending trends; proactively identify risks or overages.

· Partner with Finance to ensure accurate reporting and resolve discrepancies.

· Serve as interim approver for team expense reports, ensuring compliance and proper coding.

· Organize and manage offsites, team morale events, and cross-functional initiatives.

· Support large-scale organizational events such as All-Hands meetings.

· Aligning events with business cycles, product release schedules, and team priorities.

· Understand business rhythms and planning cycles to anticipate needs and optimize scheduling and support.

· Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism at all time

Candidates for Administrative Assistant 2 must meet the following requirements to be considered:

· Minimum 4+ years of administrative experience in a fast-paced environment.

· Proven experience supporting senior executives with complex calendaring.

· Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across global teams.

Pay Details: $34.79 per hour
