Position is Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm.

Job Title: Administrative Assistant 2
The Administrative Assistant 2 at Arvest provides clerical services, including preparing correspondence in final form, directing visitors and callers, maintaining departmental files and records, and producing reports. The Administrative Assistant 2 acts as a liaison to customers and other departmental staff. They maintain confidentiality and professionally interact with management, associates, customers, and the public and maintain confidential customer and department records. The Administrative Assistant 2 may also have primary responsibility for preparing reports submitted to various department committees and may serve as secretary of formal committees.
What You'll Do at Arvest: (Other duties may be assigned.)
• Perform duties of an Administrative Assistant 1, as necessary.
• Maintain the accurate appearance of the department's finished work to present a professional image.
• Establish and maintain personal and confidential business files efficiently and accurately.
• Make appointments, schedule department meetings, and maintain the supervisor/department's calendar. As directed, answer phones for other department associates.
• Assist with research and data compilation to be used in presentations.
• Assist with compilation and distribution of agenda items for recurring meetings.
• Coordinate logistics and make various arrangements for management, committee, board, and other meetings/events.
• Assist customers and visitors as needed, ensuring all security measures are followed.
• Train Administrative Assistant 1, as needed.
• May act for and on behalf of supervisors on many matters that do not require their direct participation.
• May accurately process and approve wire payments, wire funding and transfers through applicable system applications with a low margin of error due to the high-risk nature.
• Understand and comply with bank policy, laws, regulations, and the bank's BSA/AML Program, as applicable to your job duties. This includes but is not limited to; complete compliance training and adhere to internal procedures and controls; report any known violations of compliance policy, laws, or regulations and report any suspicious customer and/or account activity.
Responsibilities:
Required Toolbox for Success:
• High school diploma, general education degree (GED) or equivalent work or military experience.
• 2 years of administrative experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace.
• Relevant military experience is considered for veterans and transitioning service members.
Preferred Toolbox:
• Associate degree
