This role offers hands-on experience with financial transactions, opportunities to expand your accounting skillset, and a chance to work closely with multiple business stakeholders. Responsibilities - Accurately match and validate invoices with purchase order data; process disbursement requests and resolve discrepancies with business stakeholders. - Prepare and execute timely electronic payments, addressing internal and external invoice/payment inquiries. - Reconcile vendor and customer accounts, ensuring monthly statements and transactions are accurate and confidential. - Provide administrative accounting support, including document processing, scanning, copying, and record maintenance. - Assist the team during peak periods or backlog situations, ensuring compliance with company policies. - Guide internal users on accounts payable/receivable procedures and provide exceptional customer service. - Participate in educational opportunities to stay current on industry best practices. - Complete additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.
