Position Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Case Management to lead and oversee our Case Management department. This leadership role is responsible for the overall management of department operations, ensuring excellence in patient-centered care, financial stewardship, regulatory compliance, and staff development.

Key responsibilities include managing departmental activities and resources to meet organizational goals, implementing process improvements, maintaining staff competency, and ensuring compliance with all relevant policies and procedures. The Director will also serve as the main point of communication for the department and work collaboratively across functions to drive performance outcomes.

This is a full-time, on-site position that may require flexibility to work holidays, extended shifts, or weekends based on operational needs.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Education:

    • Registered Nurse (BSN or MSN required).

    • Master's degree in Management or related field is a plus.

  • Experience:

    • Minimum of 10 years of experience in nursing or a related healthcare field.

    • Prior experience in Case Management is strongly preferred.

    • Certification in a related Case Management field is a plus.

  • Licensure/Certifications:

    • Current New Mexico or compact state RN license.

    • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
