Job Description

Integrated Security Solutions, LLC (ISS-KY) is seeking motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) to join our growing team in Nicholasville, Kentucky.

Our CSRs serve as the front line of customer care for our community, regional, and national customers by delivering exceptional service and support.

Responsibilities

  • Answer customer questions regarding products and services via phone, email, and chat
  • Diagnose and triage service-related issues
  • Prepare detailed service orders for the in-house project management team
  • Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and returns
  • Resolve customer concerns and complaints professionally and efficiently
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update account information as needed
  • Collaborate with internal departments to address customer needs and document activity through work orders and company tools
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and maintain positive relationships

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous customer service or call center experience preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and take detailed notes
  • Comfort using computer systems and software applications
  • Experience with CRM software such as Oracle NetSuite is a plus
