Where you will work: For over 40 years, Manchester Industries, a Clearwater Paper Company, has demonstrated a passion for providing packaging and paperboard solutions to our customers. Manchester's five strategic locations ensure speed to market and a high-quality product. With a total of fourteen precision sheeters, three slitter rewinders, five guillotines, and four carton packing lines, we have the capacity to produce over 170,000 tons of finished product for the marketplace. We maintain an average daily inventory of over 16,000 tons to meet the demands of our customers providing "Just in Time" service for customer needs. Nestled in the Nettle Creek valley, the town of Hagerstown, Indiana offers beautiful Midwest small-town living within reach of metropolitan advantages. Hagerstown is just a short drive to Indianapolis, located just 60 miles northeast of town. The town provides services to the community including excellent fire and emergency support along with an award-winning library, a beautiful park system, and a forward-thinking school system. Downtown Hagerstown is best known for Perfect Circle, Tedco, Welliver's Restaurant, the Nettle Creek Players, and Abbot's Candy Company. Hagerstown's Hometown Christmas has become an annual event that includes a Sunday evening tour of Jefferson Township churches. General Administrative Duties: Daily RV08 upload of the report and perform order checks. Checking details of orders entered the previous day. Confirming PO, ship to, quantity, size, grade, caliper, price. Check off items on customer PO. Communicate with corresponding CSR when discrepancies are found and note results. Daily COC upload of the report and perform checks. Confirm COC# used is correct. All PO's noted with COC's are on the report. Communicate with corresponding CSR when discrepancies are found and note results. Record/track manual order entry and quote data for all territories. Create graphs or provided data for management as needed on manual and CPQ entered data weekly, monthly and YTD. HVTQ data—Report created once a week and distributed to sales team on CSR and Customer generated quotes. Overflow manual order checks from CSR's when needed on day order is entered.

What you will need: To be successful in this position, we are looking for candidates with the following: High school diploma or some college education preferred – technical certificate a plus. Six months or greater in similar roles strongly preferred. Professional presentation of self. Must be thorough, flexible, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize. Intermediate knowledge of Word, Excel and Power Point preferred. Highly organized with abilities in managing multiple projects concurrently. Work well in team environment. Strong communication skills written and oral. Excellent computer skills. Positive attitude. Ability to speak and understand English. Dexterity in typing and adding. Varied conditions from office to Production floor. Ability to sit for most of an assigned shift. 20-25 hours/week. Occasional extra hours to meet work demands.
