Position Summary

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative who is passionate about customer experience, communication, and relationship building. This role is the face and voice of our company and plays a critical part in ensuring customers feel informed, comfortable, and confident throughout the repair process.

Compensation

$18$24 per hour, based on experience and skill level

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the first point of contact for customers in person and over the phone
Provide a warm, professional, and empathetic customer experience
Assist customers through the repair process from drop-off to delivery
Communicate repair updates clearly and proactively
Coordinate scheduling and vehicle intake
Work closely with estimators, technicians, and insurance partners
Manage customer concerns and help find positive resolutions
Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
Support office organization and daily workflow operations
