As a full-time Customer Service Rep, you arrive each day determined to provide superb customer care to our clients and help keep our office running smoothly. Your positive, friendly disposition comes through in all your interactions and is one of the reasons our clients enjoy doing business with us! Your excellent communication skills and attention to detail ensure that their needs are met. You clearly explain our HVAC and plumbing products to new and existing clients ensuring that they are well taken care of and feel comfortable in their product solutions. QUALIFICATIONS OF A CUSTOMER SERVICE REP (CSR)

  • Previous customer service experience
