Under the responsibility of the executive chef and the immediate supervisor on duty, the person prepares meals as planned by the chef and performs the set-up required for distribution. Job requirements Main tasks Set up meals; Execute tasks according to the standards in force; Perform the tasks assigned by the executive chef and the immediate superior with regard to inventories and purchases; Maintain equipment and ensure a clean and safe work space; Prepare the daily specials (soups and vegetables, pasta and flour, meats and fish, desserts), according to pre-established recipes and standards of hygiene and wholesomeness; Supervise assistant cooks; Carry out any other related tasks or special mandates established by the executive chief or management.
