Job description

JOB SUMMARY

Prepare food and provide dining hall service to support the Cook

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist with Food Service, including but not limited to:
    • Preparation, serving, and clean-up of all meals
    • Cookout packing
    • Dishwashing process
  • Follow ACA and Camp guidelines while meeting ServSafe criteria
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
  • Other duties as requested by the Head Cook or Food Service Coordinator
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Ability to communicate clearly
  • Experience in food service or related experience
  • Current ServSafe certification in food service and sanitation preferred
  • Ability to work as part of a team and demonstrate responsibility and punctuality
  • Ability to stand for an extended period of time
  • Ability to lift 25 pounds
